Zest Realty offers a property management referral fee for Realtors who do not specialize in property management or brokers who do not have a property management escrow account to handle property management.

We understand the importance of your clients and providing world class customer service is our priority. When you refer a client to utilize our service we have you listed as the listing agent and provide you a copy of the property management agreement in writing.
Referral Fees

We will pay you a fee of thirty percent of the first months rent

First month rent = $1,000 X 30% = $300 Referral Fee
First Month Rent = $1,500 X 30% = $450 Referral Fee
